Blogger is free, however users must have a Gmail account to use. https://www.hostinger.com

Blogger lets the user insert images and videos from the pc or other sources. Text is supported by typing in the page it gives you. You can also embed links that show up as whatever text desired. 


3) Describe what style(s) of site(s) can be created (static web pages, blogs, wikis, audience interaction, v-logs etc) 

Blogger is obviously targeted towards blogs, however one can make it a tutorial based blog and it can be a wiki-sort of page. Since videos can be inserted a vlog is possible. 


4) What accessibility support(i.e., alt tags, closed caption support, ability to edit/update aria tags) is available 

Blogger lets you add captions to images, ALT text to videos and images, closed captions for videos, and ability to edit a post even if published. 


5) Describe the typical use case (small business, corporate giant, non-profit), or make a very shortlist of users 

Blogger is marketed towards:

- People who want to express their opinion

Below will help to guide you to see how much traffic your website has and what kind of people are visiting.     First, you have to sign up for google analytics.
